I was walking with my mom on a stretch of pavement near the woods, aside from the pavement and the occasional house, the woods were everywhere through the trees. I spotted a fox. It was sitting still alone panting. I walked towards it. I thought foxes were cool. My mom pulled me back. She told me that if a fox doesn't run away when you walk up to it, it means the fox is sick and it can make you sick too.
