It's now almost 10 years since devolution became a part of us after the promulgation of the new constitution in 2010 devolved governance is without doubt opened up the whole country by touching the lives of Canadians across the country and bringing a new development order in the regions. As we approach the end of current 10 years of county governments, the standard group PLC, through its multiple media channels, is providing an opportunity to speak about the success stories of devolved governance. We have seen a positive impact in health, education, social welfare, infrastructure, among other areas where devolved governance is a success. We call upon the county governments, county assemblies and other stakeholders to save the moment to tell about their roles in devolution transformative agenda.
