My daily operations comprise of conducting meetings and motivating the new joiners , explaining them about the company and the rules which need to be followed in the company. I make myself very clear with my voice. I addressed 300 people at once in a college meeting , motivating them to work harder and focus on their goals. They are inspired by my words.
