introduction. It was probably a morning. Like many others, you've got out of bed and we're busy preparing yourself for a day at the office. Maybe you felt slightly off as if something is not completely right. You've been having these episodes of things not feeling quite right for some time now. And after a while they pass. There is no reason to believe that this nagging feeling won't pass as well. You convince yourself while you bravely smile at your family. The last thing you want to do is burden them with your problems. So you push forward as if nothing is wrong. But you're wrong. For something is wrong. Very, very wrong. The fact that this feeling won't pass is something that becomes more evident while you are stuck in traffic. The lights all remain red for so long and you feel trapped in your car, trapped in the traffic, trapped in life. It is going to get you. It is sucking the air out of your car and you struggle to breathe. You struggle to focus. You are pressured by the nagging feeling to compose yourself. You are not the week one and you won't fold now not now. Too many deadlines, too much pressure. It is you and only you who can keep the wheels turning. What will happen when the wheels stop? What will happen when you fail? What if it is not right? What if you are not good enough? What if they see you are not good enough? They'll cast you onto the streets. Suffering, humiliated, lonely, lost all alone. You can't breathe. Where is all the air? You open your windows. Even wider. Switch on the air conditioner. What happened to the air? Your lungs are unhappy. They need more air, but you struggle to breathe. Is it gone? The air is gone and there is nothing you can do about it. Are you dying? Is this how your life would end in your car? Stuck behind a minivan with a bumper sticker stating that it is Mom's taxi. Is this what it all boils down to in the end
