It's time for one of our city's greatest icons to take its final battle. The Georgia Dome was home to numerous teams and events throughout the years. Teams and players that captured our hearts brought us to tears and lifted us to unimaginable heights. Such feelings cannot fade away. They are a part of us. For Georgia State, the dome was our first home. It will always have it spot in G s u sports history as the place where a new era began as a university, which is driven by our city. Each home game was a special opportunity for our players, coaches and fans to be a part of Atlanta sports history. So, for one last time way, say thank you for letting us be a part of the memories.
