Gail's voice has a \"musical quality\". It is rich and clear, and one can \"hear\" her smile. She articulates in a concise and intelligent manner, and has a natural talent for accents, nurtured by extensive world travel. Gail loves comedy, and can sound any age from 5 to 95. She has given verbal presentations for businesses and trade organizations, and has taught customer service and telephone protocol classes to apartment industry professionals, as well as taking part in televised (on camera) medical discussion groups in San Diego and the health and science segment of the evening news in Philadelphia, having been chosen to be a spokesperson for a well-known spine surgeon.

A Philadelphia native who lived in southern CA for over a dozen years and learned to ditch the Philly accent, that authentic nasal, whiney sound comes back effortlessly when necessary!
