I have had successful outcomes when calling customer service lines, many times being told I would be good at customer service because they say I sound friendly, honest and have been asked to record voicemails for people in different companies. I have been s counselor in my career and this has helped there as well on the phone with judges clerks, and others working towards the success of my clients. Not that the voice did it all ( chuckle) I suppose give it a try, why not? :)
