We are dedicated to manufacturing of plastic products mainly used in the power sport industry. Currently the facility is 55,000 square feet. Built on a 130,000 square feet land with the potential expansion where we can accommodate an additional 47,700 square foot building. Our location is strategically located to ship directly to our multiple customers around the globe. Our 100 core employees are combining their skills and expertise to achieve our goal to be the most reliable, innovative and responsive partner in material and manufacturing solutions development. The main process of the Monterey plant is the low pressure injection molding which is designed to produce big size and heavy duty plastic parts and our capabilities are process engineering and new product validation, injection molding. The five machines of 7 51,000 ton have capacity to run tools up to 30 tons. These machines have capacity to run with gas assist technology, nitrogen. Our machines have the capability of running different resins and multiple tools at the same time tools. Transportation through the machines is made by overhead crane quality to maintain the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction.
