Sheyla Placido

I'm an ambitious woman that has a natural ability to connect with others. I have my own podcast, Vitamins for Breakfast, that is featured on both my website and iTunes. On my podcast I bring on various guests that are either people I've known for years or meet around NYC. My interviews allow listeners to connect to the person and feel less alone in the very day chaos. In addition to that I also have another podcast series I am apart of called Dose of Fresh Air (also on iTunes through VFB) that gives guided advice on how to deal with things such as stress, anxiety, mental limitations and many more. I am a background actor through central casting and actors access so I have some experience with acting. I also attended classes through Anthony Meindl Actor Workshop that helped me a lot with expression and my vocal ability. I would love to break into voice acting!
