In a cashless fiat currency society that does guarantee that banks will have full control of every single cent you own. Every transaction you make is permanently recorded. All your movements and actions are traceable access to your money can be blocked at the click of a button when and or if the bank needs clarification, which could take weeks and after you only correctly answer many, many security questions or input many passwords and security keys. Either transactions are deemed it anyway questionable by those who create the questions. Your money will be frozen for the good of society.
