Wendy Karstens

I have many years experience as a voice actor covering a wide range of content, from many years recording audio books and magazines for BLVNZ, winning their Narrator of the year award in 2005, to voicing radio and television commercials and long running contracts voicing promos for a couple of television channels, as well as narration for various non-broadcast videos, a children's television series and a series of children's read along books for the UK and Australasian market. I have also done messages on hold work. I am competent in character voices and accents and am equally at home doing fiction and non-fiction content, believing it important to bring alive a story for listeners or sound knowledgeable and relatable to more serious narration. I enjoy narrating pretty much anything and embrace the challenge of adjusting to the requirements of each new job.
