The festival will be open Friday from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. And Sunday between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. The Riviera Village Summer Festival will feature high end arts and crafts booths, a beer garden with live entertainment and international food court and carnival rides and a petting zoo for the kids. As always, admission is free. There will also be free shuttles running on Saturday and Sunday from the parking lot at South High School in Torrance.
