the day henry, the duck asked his friend clara over for supper. he found an aunt in the kitchen. henry was worried that clara would see the aunt. she might think his house was not clean. the aunt had to go. henry reached for a can of ant spray but he didn't want to spray near the food. he was cooking. so he chased the ant with a frying pan. henry ran around the kitchen chasing after the ant but the aunt got away and hid behind the stove in a cave in the woods in his deep dark lair. through the long cold winter sleeps. a great brown bear cuddled in a heap with his eyes shut tight. he sleeps through the day. he sleeps through the night. the cold winds howl and the night sounds growl. but the bear snores on. hey, mom yelled, zumer. it's really, really hot outside. can i have a snow cone? on one condition? said mom, i know said zumer that i clean up the kitchen when i'm done. zumer switched on the snow cone machine and looked through the cupboards. hum. let's see. he thought, what flavor do i want after making his choice. he turned around and saw his snow cone was now about 3 ft deep. uh, oh, thought zumer. i'd better get the mop.
