Unlike personality, people congenitally use different communication styles interchangeably, depending on the situation. Let's examine some of the different communication styles in more detail. The first step in developing a training program is to determine the organizational needs. There are three levels of training needs assessment, organizational assessment, occupational task assessment. An individual assessment organizational assessment can determine the skills, knowledge and abilities a company needs to meet its strategic objectives. This type of assessment considers things such as changing demographics and technological trends. Overall, this type of assessment looks at how the organization can handle its weaknesses while promoting strengths. A protege of Frederick Taylor, Henry Gantz developed the Gant start still used today. The Gant chart is a visual representation for the completion of a project. It displays all the tasks that need to be done for the project to be a success. It shows which tasks can be done independently, which ones can be done concurrently and which ones depend on the completion of other tasks
