The Denver Broncos were playing the perfect game until Kirk Cousins began finding his receivers. A 54 yard strike to Stefon Diggs was followed up by a 32 yard pass to an uncovered Kyle Rudolph, and the Vikings took the lead with just a few minutes to go. Quarterback Kirk Cousins finished the match with 319 yards and three touchdown passes in what was an almost faultless performance. The comeback was complete when James White once again hit paydirt with a one yard run from these last two scores. The Patriots were also successful on both of their two point conversions. The game headed into overtime, and there was only one winner when Brady and the Patriots won the coin toss.
