Editing a Job Agreement

Once an agreement has been made between a client and talent the project deadline may be edited by the client. If any other edits are required, it must go through support.


The Client cannot change the license. If the Agreement is in a pending state then Support can go in (via admin) and update the terms (Time period/License Start Date); however, once the agreement is accepted, we cannot make any changes to the License. At that point we would need to refund the Client and post a new job with the updated terms.

As a talent, you can request edits from the client by selecting Request Edit on the agreement. If you request a project deadline change it will go to the client for approval. If you request a licensing or payment change, a support case will be created. If your edits are accepted, an amended agreement will be created.

For both clients and talent, the other party will be notified of any changes by Voices via messaging.
