How do I leave a review for someone I've worked with?

HOW DO I LEAVE A RATING AND REVIEW FOR SOMEONE I'VE WORKED WITH?

Once a job on Voices has been completed, final files were delivered and funds were released from SurePay™, you can leave a rating & review for the other party you have worked with on the job.

To rate and review someone you've worked with you have two options (make sure you are logged in first):

Option 1: Go to your overview of pending reviews for all jobs

1. Click Profile > Reviews.
2. You will be presented with a screen that shows you: 
   • Pending Ratings and Reviews - here feedback is asked from you
   • Sent Reviews - feedback you have left earlier
   • Reviews Left For You
3. The blue ‘Leave a Review’ button indicates that you still need to leave Review for that person.
4. On the next page, you can rate your overall experience in working with the client and additionally leave a written Review to provide more detailed feedback to the client and other Voices users.
5. Click to select a Star Rating and text comment and click Submit Review
   • If clients leave a review of three stars or greater, they will be asked to include a Compliment.

Option 2: Navigate to a specific job

1. Navigate to a Job you have worked on and click on Reviews in the sub-navigation. Here all Ratings and Reviews related to this specific job will be shown.
2. The blue ‘Leave a Review’ button indicates that you still need to leave Review for that person.
3. On the next page, you can rate your overall experience in working with the other party and additionally leave a written Review to provide more detailed feedback to the other party and other Voices users.
4. Click to select a Star Rating and text comment and click Submit Review.
   • If clients leave a review of three stars or greater, they will be asked to include a Compliment.
