Do You Offer a Free Trial?   

The free Guest membership is designed to give you a platform to get yourself setup and review our site to determine if working on Voices is right for you. It provides you with an online profile, which is hosted and maintained by Voices, demo storage space, access to our Resources, and the ability to review your job matches.

It’s important to note that having a Guest membership is limiting, in terms of your visibility and access to jobs. In addition a Guest member is only able to audition for jobs that a client takes time to personally invite them to.

On the other hand, Premium members receive increased visibility in search and therefore, also greater opportunity. Along with their Profile, Premium members receive job posting notices and priority ranking in the search engine.

How Do I Sign Up for A Membership?   

First, choose which type of account is most appropriate. Your options are a client account or a voice talent account:

Next, fill out the form. You will need to provide the following:

  • First and Last Name

  • Email Address

  • Create a Username - At least 3 characters long and no special characters

  • Create a Password - At least 3 characters long. This entry will be case-sensitive and may contain special characters

Please note: By clicking “Sign-Up” you are agreeing to the Voices Terms of Service. This is also indicated at the bottom of the sign-up screen.

If you need to modify your account level, sign into your account at Voices, click your profile pic at the upper-right, and select Membership Settings. Just below your account description, click the “Change Membership” button to compare the available memberships.

Common Sign Up Error Messages

If there is an issue with the information that you have provided, an error message will appear in a red banner across the top of the page.

There are two very common errors:

  1. Login must be unique - The username that you have entered is already in use. You will need to select a different one.

  2. Email must be unique - The email address that you have entered is already in use. Please enter a different email address.

How Old Do I Have to Be To Use Voices?

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, Voices does not accept membership registrations from users who are under 13 years of age.

By registering with Voices, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

Parents of children under the age of 13 years may register their child for a Child Membership, provided they manage the account and adhere to our recommendations for keeping their children safe online using the site.

You can upgrade your membership from Guest to Premium directly from your account online through your account settings. To inquire about your eligibility for a Platinum membership, submit a request here

Can I Get A Receipt For My Membership Payment?   

If you purchased your membership over the phone, by credit card, or by Paypal, you will have received your receipt by email for your records at the time of purchase.

To access a copy of your receipt from within your Voices account, follow these steps:

  1. Login at

  2. Click on your profile picture and select Billing History

  3. Click on View to see the details of a specific payment. From here, you have the option of printing.

How Do I Renew My Membership?   

Existing Premium memberships will automatically renew unless you have made arrangements to the contrary.

Your original email receipt includes the following statement:

"Your membership will automatically renew at the regular rate unless you cancel prior to the end of the billing period. If you have any questions or concerns about your membership, please contact us."

Knowing When Your Membership Renews

You can access your account details, including your renewal date from your Voices account.

  1. Log in to Voices.

  2. Hover over the 'Me" avatar in the top-right corner and select “Membership Settings.”

You will be shown your Membership Information, which includes your registration date, your last payment date, and your next payment date.

Renewing Your Membership Online

You can make an immediate online payment via Visa or MasterCard, or use the PayPal option to make payment using American Express or any other major credit card.

Renewing Your Membership By Phone

If you do not wish to pay online, there is an alternative payment method option via telephone. You can call our toll-free number 1-888-359-3472 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, and we can take an order using Visa or MasterCard by phone.

What Is the Voices Refund Policy?   

When you make a purchase with Voices you are paying for services upfront. By registering on Voices, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service, which states that memberships and services provided are non-refundable. 
Please note that by default, all talent memberships and client subscriptions renew automatically. If you wish to cancel your membership or to turn off the automatic renewal for your membership, please contact our Support Team ( Or, you can submit a cancellation form located in your membership tab under Settings, at least five (5) business days before your renewal date to ensure that the payment is stopped.
The Platform Fee (for talent) and Processing Fee (for clients) are non-refundable and the talent fee is subject to the agreement between client and talent. Should a dispute occur over payment between client and talent that they are unable to reconcile independently, a member of our Support Team will arbitrate and investigate the details and provide an objective solution

I Just Paid for My Voices Membership, Why Am I Being Asked to Pay Again?

Although accounts are automatically upgraded, your browser may be using cookies, which will return you to the previous page you visited before your PayPal or credit card payment was processed.

To correct this, you may need to logout and login again to refresh the page.

If you have upgraded your membership online by credit card or PayPal ,and a different name and/or email address is associated with your method of payment, there will be a delay in processing your purchase. The system will not know which account to apply the subscription to if you are registered at Voices under a different name or email address.

What Happens When I Downgrade My Membership to Guest?

If you have recently downgraded from a paid membership and are concerned about previous audition submissions, you have nothing to worry about. Clients may still award a job to you even if you're at our free membership level.

So, even if you submitted an audition 6 months ago and you're a Guest, the client can still hire you through your submission.

However, when you downgrade to our Guest account, you can no longer submit to Public Job postings and you are also moved down in our search engine results. From this point on, as a Guest member, you must be personally invited to reply to jobs by clients in order to audition.

I Just Joined Voices or Have Just Renewed My Membership. Will I Appear in the Voices Top 100 List?    

Yes, new subscribers to Voices and those who have most recently renewed their memberships will appear on the New Voices Top 100 List for a brief period of time. This list is automatically updated as renewals and new memberships are activated, which is why the names on the list change frequently.

Do You Have a Referral Program?   

Yes! We're grateful for the support and are thrilled to be able to give back to our customers through the Voices referral program. If you refer someone (a new customer) who purchases a paid membership at Voices, you get a free month of service added to your Voices subscription.

Here's how to qualify for the referral program:

  1. Let a friend know about Voices and encourage them to subscribe.

  2. Tell them to mention your name when they call in and they’ll  receive a 10% discount on their brand new membership.

  3. Once their subscription payment has successfully been process, you will earn one month of service at Voices.

  4. An email will be sent to you for each successful referral you make acknowledging the successful referral and confirming your new renewal date.

  5. Months of service earned apply to your current membership subscription. If you do not have a subscription, the month would be redeemed for you as part of a membership. Fine Print: Just to be clear, this referral program is not retroactive and only applies to new business referred by phone.

You can refer as many new customers as you want and earn as many free months as you are able...there is no cap!
