If I work a Professional Service Job, when will I be paid?

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE JOB PAYMENT TERMS

Unlike traditional job postings on Voices, Professional Services jobs often have a higher average budget and longer timelines. More importantly, they have different payment terms that have been negotiated between Voices and the end client. As such these jobs do not leverage SurePay, and funds are not automatically released after 14-days from the project deadline. Instead, payment will be released to talent when the client releases funds to Voices. Typically payment is released from the client between 30 and 60 days from the delivery date, however the actual release date may fall before or slightly after that window depending on the payment terms agreed to by the client and Voices

In the unlikely event that a client fails to make payment to Voices, in most cases and subject to review, you will still be paid for your services. 

Depending on the specific payment terms, there are instances in which the client makes use of the final files prior to paying Voices, which is often the case in business to business relationships like the ones Voices engages in with its Professional Services clients.
