Creating a Talent Account 

Sign up for a free account by clicking on the Sign Up button at the top of any of our webs pages. You'll be taken to a screen and asked to indicate that you'd like to 'Find Work as a Talent' and taken to a registration screen. 

On the registration screen, you'll enter your full name, an email address, and a password, or you can choose to Continue with Google to link an existing Google account to your Voices account. More information on this option can be found here . Once your account has been created, you are able to build out a profile, add skills, and upload demos and/or portfolio samples.

What Are Voices' Password Requirements?

Your password must be at least 8 characters in length and must include one upper case, one lower case, one numeric, and one special character.

Logging in as an Existing Member 

You can log in by clicking the 'Log In' button from the top of any page on the Voices website. When you see the log in screen, enter your username or email address and password. To log in right now, click here: http://www.voices.com/login 

Logging in on Mobile

To log in on your mobile phone, the best user experience is to use the Voices mobile app. With the app you must log in at launch every time and the log in page will be the first thing you see.

If you choose instead to use the mobile browser, go to the Voices website, click on the menu on the top-right corner, and the log in option will be at the bottom of the listed options.
 

Trouble Logging In

If you have recently registered and cannot log in, please ensure that you are entering either your Voices username or the email address that you used to register, as well as your correct password.

If you are still not able to log in, click the 'Forgot Password' link. Be sure to enter the email address that you used to register.

If you do not get an email from Voices with a link to reset your password, make sure you've checked your spam folder. If you still do not see an email, you can reach out to Customer Support at support@voices.com. Support cannot reset your password for you, but they can guide you through the process to reset it yourself.

Changing Your Account Password

To change your Voices password, you will need to do one of the following: 

1. Sign in to your Voices account and hover over the 'Me' avatar in the top navigation bar, then select the Account Settings. Select the 'Change Password' tab and follow the onscreen instructions.

Or

2. If you have forgotten your password, you can click on the Forgot Password link on the Login page, which will redirect you to a page where you can enter your email address. A link will then be sent to that email address so you can reset your password. You will need to know the email address we have on file for you.
 

Changing Your Email Address

You can change your email address associate with your account at Voices by doing the following:
1. Log in to your Voices account.
2. Navigate to your Account Settings by hovering over the 'Me' avatar in the top navigation bar. 
3. From the Account tab, in the Contact Info section, enter your new email address in the email address field and click 'Save Edits.'
 

Changing Your PayPal Email Address

To change the PayPal email address for your SurePay™ payments:
1. Log in to your Voices account
2. From the 'Me' avatar in the top navigation bar, select Account Settings, then click the SurePay™ tab at the top of the page.
3. Enter the new email address into the PayPal field and click 'Save Edits.'

All SurePay™ payments will be sent to your new PayPayl address.
 

Adjusting Your Email Notification Settings

You can update your email settings in your Voices account by doing the following: 
1. Log in to your Voices account
2. Hover over the 'Me' avatar in the top navigation bar and select Account Settings
3. In the Email Notifications section, unclick the options you on longer wish to receive.

Quick Tip: You have the option to choose which types of job invitations you would like to receive notifications for. You can ask to receive notifications for any job you've been awarded or have replied to, and you can also request to receive job posting notifications specifically for: 
1. VoiceMatch™ invitations with budgets over (and you select the amount)
2. Private invitations with budgets over (and you select the amount)

You can also opt in or out of receiving updates from Voices with news, events, and offers.
