For over 75 years, Beehive clothing has provided its products to the membership of the church. During that time, there have been many improvements in how workers create the products and accomplished their tasks. Recently, a new method has been adopted that has resulted in higher output with fewer errors. This new method uses a team approach that has led to greater productivity. But it does require operators to learn new methods and acquire new skills. It requires the professionals who master it to develop new muscle memory. Muscle memory isn't really a memory in your muscles. It's actually a series of complicated physical movements that your brain remembers in order to make a complex action. Second nature. A good example of muscle memory is walking and running. Beginning Walker looks awkward and clumsy, nothing like the graceful adult they will someday become.
