We are so excited to welcome you back to Springbrook Dental. We have been working hard, preparing our clinic and staff for reopening with new protocols in place to keep you and our staff safe. Well, providing the same great care one or two days prior to your appointment. Please take a few minutes to fill out our wellness survey on our website. You may also complete your survey over the phone. Please give us a call and we will happily review with you. If you were feeling ill. We're happy to reschedule your appointment. To make social distancing effortless. We have staggered appointment times. We ask that you arrived five minutes prior to your scheduled time after parking. Please give us a call from your vehicle. When we're ready for you, our staff will give you a call and greet you in our reception area. Please wear a mask or face covering. If you have one available, we will provide hand sanitizer and check your temperature within no contact thermometer. Once you are settled in your chair, we will have you rinse with an antiseptic solution. Before we begin your treatment, we will put on clean protective clothing and a clear face shield. We know the steps. We're taking our new to you and that we look pretty different. But it's your same Springbrook dental family. Just with some extra gear. Because of our extra protective clothing, we will be keeping our office a little cooler. Please dress warmly. We will have clean blankets available to you if needed. Once your appointment is over, please stop by the administrative desks. New plexiglass barriers provide added protection while giving you the same access to our friendly staff. At check out, you will notice a $20 cove in 19 protective clothing fee added to your invoice. This is only temporary. We thank you for your understanding as we do everything we can to keep you safe. We are so happy to be able to provide you dental care in a way that keeps you and your loved ones safe. We have been treating the greater Seattle community for the past 30 years and look forward to continuing to build lifelong relationships with each and every one of you
