my guest today is Emma Marie. Currently, Emma is a third year doctor student in a local clinical psychology program and a mental health counselor. She's here to get in your head a little bit. We're gonna talk about ghosts, aliens, parenting, mental illnesses and what you should do if you suddenly believe your Jesus. All that and more. Right now you are now tuned into the frequency. Yeah, yes. Mhm. Yeah. What's up? How you doing? I'm good. How are you doing? Not doing too bad. So let people know, like you know what you do. Actually, I am currently a student in a doctoral program in clinical psychology at my Diet college. Um, I also have my masters and mental health counseling, but basically a mental health counselor. Um, they can have many different roles. Typically, you'll see a mental health counselor working at a community clinic or some sort of private practice Can viewing psychotherapy. Do you have, like, a primary field of interest that you're working with? Yeah. So, actually, I, um, am focusing my doctoral work on health psychology with neuropsychology. Um, so it might not be typical questions, but we're just going to kind of go with it and see where it goes. Yeah, that's fine. I'll try and give my best answers. A question. Number one. Do you believe in ghosts? I actually do. Do you know, like when a patient comes to you and see then says that like they've seen something? You do you believe them? It depends. So if someone comes in and I typically will ask them a question, have you ever heard or seen anything that other people haven't? That's that's assessing for hallucinations, whether it be visual, auditory people can have, um, can smell things that aren't there, and it's a hallucination. So me differentiating between the two is also asking about other symptoms
