“The announcements were clear and the pauses had the right length. The chapters were introduced firmly and the breaks between chapters were of correct duration. It was noticeable that you pre-read the material. You created the required mood/atmosphere by the use of appropriate pace, pause, expression and punctuation. Your expression/intonation, voice animation/tone/characterisation and fluency/pace were excellent.
There were two minor mistakes that were easily edited out on our end.
