Through an online course, I congratulate you on making a good decision to invest in yourselves to learn how you can turn your skills, your services, your knowledge or expertise into a teachable commodity that will benefit others and provide a great and lasting financial reward for you. So here's a little bit about me. I come from a corporate project and programme management background where I've worked in various roles, managing and leading business transformation and relocation projects, mainly in the banking and financial services sectors. I'm also a certified N V Q assessor and trainer, so I'm equipped to deliver training in business disciplines, it skills, customer service and more to employees at their workplaces who are working towards attaining a national qualification in their profession. So, um, there's a little bit about me so I'm looking forward to teaching you. So let's begin because this is video and not live. I will set out my recommendations about how you should approach the learning and follow the course to get the best experience. The course is divided into six modules.
