closing your eyes and lowering your gaze, seeing if it's possible to bring the fullness of your attention to this moment beginning by drawing your attention to the breath here in this moment, noticing the ways your body shifts with each in breath, with each out breath allowing yourself to sink deeper into the present moment. Today we draw our focus to the open wounds, the tension, the pain, the parts of ourselves we carry gingerly. This may be a sensation of physical discomfort or a place of emotional dis ease whatever the case hold this hurt in your mind. For a few moments notice the stories that rise around it, the way your body responds as you focus on it and now invite your breath to encircle this space, imagining yourself breathing into the discomfort, feeling it loosen and dissipate with each breath continue in this way for a few moments, drawing a deep breath in and letting it out, allowing the fullness of your attention to draw you back into this moment and seeing if it's possible to hold this awareness as you move through your day.
