remember that notebook and pin that came in your welcome kit backpack? Now is the time to take them out because we're gonna do a really awesome interactive personality assessment. You're actually going to find an open table or beanbag chair in the form with the person beside you and quiz them first, grab one of the personality assessment sheets from your facilitator. Once you find where you're gonna hang out, ask away from the questions provided on the sheet, you and your partner will conduct the assessment on each other. Once you have the answers, you both will log each other's assessment into the length we provided to you. Once you get the results, chat it out with your partner and compare each other's strengths and differences, this will help you understand what makes your teammates tick.
