If you're reading this, I'm going to assume you are either a teen struggling to understand why that rage sometimes takes over your being or you are an adult who is dealing with teenagers on a regular basis who suffer with anger issues. Either way, this book is going to serve as a guide. To know only help you identify the underlying causes and triggers of the anger also gives you strategies to deal with this issue. In short, I am going to teach you how to only your anger. This is not just another team workbook.
