The world is making progress, adding renewable resources like wind and solar to the grid, but these resources can't produce electricity if the sun isn't shining or the wind isn't blowing. Other times, we generate more renewable power than we can use or more than the electrical grid can handle. The project consists of two reservoirs at different elevations connected by a pipe with reversible turbines. The system is filled with water once and then reuses that water over and over water released from the upper reservoir flows downhill to the lower reservoir and spins turbines connected to large generators which produce electricity. We use this energy at home, at work in school and in many other ways.
