work well. N. Y. C recognizes that there are many factors that can impact your mental well being and affect your ability to take care of yourself and others. R B well program is designed to address your needs and support you through tailored mental resilience and self care programming. Let's talk about stigma. Mental health stigma can be negative attitudes and discriminating behaviour directed towards someone with a mental health condition. Stigma can also be a perception of your own mental health condition that leads to feelings of shame and self neglect. Both forms of stigma can be harmful, particularly in the work plates. In this series, we will explore common myths about mental health at work and empower you to take action to support yourself and your colleagues emotional well being.
