Our goal is always to be more than just a supermarket. Well, we may have food on the shelves are really service is our customer service. There are many other supermarkets that can match us on both, but what they can never match us on is our drive to provide the best customer service that we can. In fact, we don't like to call the customers at way safe supermarket customers at all. Anyone who walks through our doors is a member of our community, and as a member of that community yourself, you're on the front line and delivering that way safe community spirit to anyone who comes to us. The paradox of providing great customer service is that if you do it right, no one will even notice. But even just one example of bad customer service will stick out like a sore thumb.
