don't quit. So many people are facing more issues than ever. Health issues, employment issues, financial issues. Many are discouraged and depressed and are simply ready to give up. Don't quit. Things will not always be this way, Just like seasons change. This will change as well. How can you keep going when you want to give up? Set small daily goals that you can achieve? Reflect on your blessings big and small. Show yourself some love and kindness by relaxing journey to another world in a new book, empty your heart of your feelings by writing them in a journal.
