There is so much more to being your true best self than what is on your plate and how you exercise. I've combined my years of personal struggles with my academic learning and years of professional experience in the health and wellness industry or shall we call it the wealth and **** Nous industry in this book, I'm sharing my own proven strategy and signature program so that you can finally build that dream lifestyle you always wanted. This is all about learning a new relationship with food, fitness and, most importantly, yourself, we have to change how we interact with ourselves and the world so that we can change how we feel. I always tell my clients that we have to change the way we think, feel and act around food, fitness and ourselves to make real change that lasts a lifetime.
