it is no secret that losing weight can be really hard. Many of us struggle for years or even a lifetime and never quite achieve our body goals. The truth is, there are many, many reasons why we fail to get what we want and in this book, I want to lay it all out because the weight loss journey is far deeper and more complicated than we are led to believe by the weight loss industry. The good news is that it can be a lot easier than you think provided you're willing to do the work. I'm not talking about the work on the treadmill or in a gym class. I'm not talking about the work of counting calories and spending hours weighing and measuring your food. I'm talking about the real reason you aren't where you want to be your mind fat. Mind Fat is simply the other wait, we have to lose in order to achieve our goals. It's the junk that keeps us stuck repeating the same habit over and over. Mind Fat is the burden you carry and it's keeping you from your dreams. I wanted to write this book for anyone who like me, has struggled to find a way of life that really suits them. There is so much more to being your true best self than what is on your plate and how you exercise. I've combined my years of personal struggles with my academic learning and years of professional experience in the health and wellness industry or shall we call it the wealth and **** Nous industry in this book, I'm sharing my own proven strategy and signature program so that you can finally build that dream lifestyle you always wanted. This is all about learning a new relationship with food, fitness and, most importantly, yourself, we have to change how we interact with ourselves and the world so that we can change how we feel. I always tell my clients that we have to change the way we think, feel and act around food, fitness and ourselves to make real change that lasts a lifetime.
