now in the top stave, I'll write the clap on the first beat of the second bar. I'll make it a C and then change the noted to across without shift and one to make it obvious. I'll also add technique, text with control and t above it and type clap. No one should be able to confuse that now. Simply copy and paste into the other instruments. Some instruments may need to have the note or register adjusted so that it looks the same. Make sure to have transposing score on. To adjust this properly, use control up or down to control active and then up and down arrows to change the note. I also make a double bar line at the start of the real music. This will help to indicate to the performers that the peace start here. This is particularly important for the instruments you have rests at the beginning. Who might feel the urge to shuffle, blow air through the instruments and so on
