Remember that notebook and pen that came in your welcome kit backpack. Now it's the time to take them out because we're gonna do a really awesome interactive personality assessment. You're actually gonna find an open table or bean bag chair in the form with the person beside you and quiz them first grab one of the personality assessment sheets from your facilitator. Once you find where you're hanging out, ask away from the questions provided on the sheet, you and your partner will conduct the assessment on each other. Once you have the answers, you both will log each other's assessments into the link we provided to you. Once you get the results, chat it out with your partner and compare each other's strengths and differences. This will help you understand what makes your teammates tick.
