Well, a fella shows up at the agency and his jaguar and the thing is just being hit and it's got a bumper hanging off a office and we're out back in the place trying to help, just gotta get that bumper back on there. And the whole time none of the phone calls that was coming into the insurance company from other customers needing help was getting an answer because we was helping this fella get his jaguar all fixed up and pretty again.
