What structures systems and practices do you implement to foster diversity and inclusion in a complex world? In this module will explore some of the forces that work toward creating inclusive organizational cultures in today's global environment. Then we'll focus on what contributes to an organisation's culture of inclusion and innovation at the systems level. Specifically, how do different organizational structures, systems, processes and practices interact with each other to foster diversity and inclusion in an organization. After learning about these system factors will help you assess how prevalent and effective they are in your own organization. After completing this module, you will be able to identify external environmental forces that create inclusive and innovative cultures in organizations, identify key systems that contribute to inclusive and innovative cultures and describe your organization, strengths and opportunities for improvement when creating a culture of inclusivity and innovation.
