Tesia Kwarteng

As a Ghanaian-American classically trained vocalist diversified in singing multiple styles of music, from opera to gospel and everything in between, I bring my rich alto tone and a wide palette of colors to any genre of storytelling. I hold a Master’s degree from Manhattan School of Music and Bachelor’s degree in Voice Performance and Journalism from The University of Texas at Arlington. My heritage coupled with my training has given me the tools to create the voices, accents and character traits that are paramount in dynamic storytelling. I love reading poetry, biographies, travel and adventure and historical fiction and non-fiction. My warm and inviting tone lends itself to these genres and many more. I would be delighted create an engaging listening experience.
