you know, we create these these uh these illusions or delusions of, oh, I had a bad day because something happened, one thing happened and then that created your entire day. But when we can zoom out from a hail place and conscious place, we can realize that oh that was a bad situation or not even that was a situation that occurred that made me feel this way right now. However, that's okay. I accept it and I'm gonna move forward and I'm going to decide to choose because it's just it's a decision. When you're held, you understand these are decisions, you can no longer be controlled by these other mechanisms. These external mechanism because you're already internally free and the world may perceive you to feel to be like you don't care about these things, not that you don't care that you just know your truths and your higher purpose. So um living through that truth, you get to experience peace in heaven today from a hill place and you get to have better conversations with people. You get to have better life experiences. And um it's very important and you know, as this podcast, I want to continue to bring on beautiful human beings that went through these processes so they can communicate.
