live from NPR News in Washington. I'm Jason Zenobia. The National Weather Service says that what was once Hurricane Harvey is now a big storm streaming over Tennessee, Kentucky and into Ohio. The storm is bringing heavy rain and the chance of flash flooding. Flooding is still a problem on the Texas Gulf Coast and in parts of Louisiana. The U. S economy gained 156,000 jobs last month, and the unemployment rate ticked up slightly to 4.4%. Most economists predicted a gain of between 171 180,000 jobs averaging these last few months.
