playing games has always been in my blood. One of my earliest memories is sitting cross legged on the floor, playing Uncle Wiggly. I was three or four years old, still an only child. I'd pester my mother, Please Blake game with me. She was often at the ironing board or sewing machine and too busy to participate. But she'd say, Okay, honey, I'll play. You set it up. I'd pull out the Uncle Weekly board and twirled a spinner and take my turn hop, hop, hop, moving the number of spaces the spinner indicated. Then I'd say, It's your turn, mother, and she'd say, You spend for me so I'd spend for her and move her game piece. Even though I was doing all the work, it didn't matter. I was playing game and I was happy.
