Since its inception over 20 years ago, MSB has been focused solely on maximizing reimbursements while minimizing the administrative burden on school district's serving special education students. And a desire to make a difference has always been at the core of MSP. But our exponential growth and escalating client needs demanded that we become more. We needed to be more than just a Medicaid vendor. More than just a vessel for billing to truly serve our districts and students needed revolutionized the very culture surrounding special education documentation. What began as a small solution evolved and matured into a powerful culture that has impacted the full scope of the education community. Today, our purpose has transformed into leading the charge for the collection of educational documentation in order to discover and develop students armed with a reinvigorated purpose. Our goal now is to reflect our new direction through rebranding so that our clients understand the impact of our evolution. We want to rebrand ourselves to demonstrate that were still recognizable as the MSP that clients know in love. But we've refreshed and improved our look and feel better and compass our purpose. Our objective is to create a new things that nurtures and experience that's more fitting for our fresh perspective. We want it to be clear that MSP has grown alongside our clients not away from them and that we will always support them in their ever changing needs to faithfully pursue a holistic transformation. Rebranding would affect not only the website, but also our print materials, internal and external and our promotional efforts. We need to fully demonstrate to our clients that we are now on a different yet more rich journey, one that will enhance and deep in the scope of support and consultation that MSP provides collectively with the website, rebranding will take on a more significant universal meaning that will always portray our core concept. We're better together.
