The program aims to tackle the nation's childhood obesity rate and promote healthier eating. The city's thrive, NYC Initiative and Department for the Aging are teaming up to expand mental health services for senior citizens. $1.7 million will fund more clinicians to help better meet the mental health needs for older New Yorkers.
