My Tom House of Hope is a residential center and home for orphan Children and widows with HIV and AIDS. It was founded in 2005 and today some 600 clients have passed through its doors. The center provides medical care, food, education, community social services and rent support as needed. My Tom survives on donations and grants and has no direct government support.
