Does location or where I live matter as a voice talent working online?

Location is irrelevant. That's the great thing about the voice over business. It really does not matter where you live to be a voice talent, so long as you can record from a professional-grade studio and are able to deliver audio files to your clients online. 

 

With services like Voices.com, most clients will contact you directly and have you record in your own studio. After completing a job, you would send the finished work to your client via email or FTP.

If you are doing the work through Voices.com, you will be able to deliver the final audio to your client by uploading it within your Voices.com account.
