How do I close my posted job early?
Closing Your Job Early
In order to close an Open Self Service job prior to your deadline date you must complete the following steps:
- Login to your Voices account.
- Click on Jobs > Hiring.
- Click on the title of the job you would like to close early.
- Ensure you are under the Job Posting tab and click the red Stop Auditions button on the right side of the screen.
- Your job is now Closed and can no longer receive auditions.
Remember: any responses to your job will still be accessible even after your job is Closed early.
