How do I download project files for a job at Voices?

Downloading Files

1. Once the files are ready for download you need to login to your Voices account.
2. Navigate to Jobs > Working and then click on the job number or title to access your posting.
3. Click on the Files tab.
4. Each uploaded file will show a download link in blue on the right. Clicking on it should start your download automatically.
5. If you have posted a Self Service job, once you have downloaded and reviewed the file, you can click Request Edit or Approve File to indicate to your talent whether the file is acceptable or in need of further work.
6. If you have posted a Professional Service job, let your Account Manager know if the file is acceptable or in need of a retake. Your Account Manager will ensure that all needed corrections are completed.
