How do I request an edit of the files delivered by the voice talent?
Requesting Edits To Files
Self Service Jobs
If, on review of files uploaded to your Self Service job posting, you find that they will require an edit or a retake please use the following steps:
- Click on Jobs > Working.
- Select the appropriate job title.
- Navigate to the Files tab.
- Click on the Request Edit link associated with the file that needs editing.
- Outline what is wrong with the file and the changes needed.
- Click the blue Send button.
This will send the talent an email. If the talent agrees to re-record they can upload the new file to the same job.
If you cannot contact the talent to request the edit, please let us know so that we can contact the talent on your behalf. Email [email protected] for assistance and indicate the Job ID number.
Professional Service Jobs
If you have received files on your Professional Service job posting and find that they will require a retake or other editing, please reach out to your Account Manager or Project Administrator to request the correction. Your AM's contact details are always available in the information tile shown on to right side of your job posting.
