WHAT IS VoiceMatch™?
VoiceMatch™ compares your profile with a client’s job posting. When reviewing your Voices.com profile, VoiceMatch™ considers attributes they have entered you have on your Bio and tags identified on your demos. When looking at a client’s job posting, it considers the list of talent attributes the client has indicated they are looking for on that particular job. The more attributes that match between the your profile and the client’s job posting, the higher your VoiceMatch™ score will be for that job.
If there is a single point to remember, it's "the more accurate information, the better.”
HOW IS VoiceMatch™ CALCULATED?
The maximum possible VoiceMatch™ score is 100, with 10 points assigned for each of the following matches:
Matching Attributes on Your Bio:
Matching Attributes on Your Demo:
Please note: On your Bio, your Language, Gender and Voice Age selections must match those indicated on the client’s job posting in order for you to be invited to that job (to ensure that, for example, if the client is looking for a male and you are female, you do not receive that job invitation). As a result, if you are invited to a job, your minimum VoiceMatch™ score is 30.

HOW AND WHEN DO VoiceMatch™ INVITATIONS GET SENT?
VoiceMatch™ is a technology developed by Voices.com that includes two parts, namely the VoiceMatch™ Score and VoiceMatch™ Invitations.
The first step is for our algorithms to score how well matched a your talent profile is to a job's specifications as seen above.
Secondly, the VoiceMatch™ Invitations engine randomly selects a group of talent from those matching profiles and invites them to the job by sending an email immediately after the job is posted and matches found.
CAN I BUY A HIGHER VoiceMatch™?
No one can buy a higher VoiceMatch™; it's the only way for the ranking to have meaning. VoiceMatch™ is determined by matching the specifications of the job posting and the details of your Profile and Demos
