Only one of us script for audiobook audition. Chapter one, Jennifer Farra had enough enough to kill herself. The decision was swift and final. She was going to do it and a perfectionist that she was, she was going to do it properly for that. There needs to be a proper setting. A setting that was so befitting the monumental occasion that it would be a page tore out of her brother's grim Fairy tale or a Richard Wagner opera score. The forensic team's photograph of her dead body would be the last photo of her that she leaves behind. She needed it to be grand and bring a to be unforgettable like she had always imagined her life would be. It needed to be in your face and leave the audience dumbstruck. It needed to be perfectly set up as if a backdrop for a bizarre fashion photo shoot with a banquet of food, wild animals, tapestries everywhere and lots and lots of details. It would be the setting if the Kardashians were to kill themselves for the grand finale of their garbage reality TV show, that was the vibe she was going for Jennifer thought with the same seriousness shared with other New York women planning their weddings, anniversaries, family holidays and the endless children's birthday parties, planning her own death from the lipstick she would wear to the carpet on which her body would rest. One last time was nothing out of the ordinary for her. Apart from the setting, Jenny knew her death would need a clear motive as well as an instigating event. She quickly came to the conclusion that they needed to be so straightforward that no one would question what they see and run down the rabbit hole of a murder investigation, mistakenly questioning her family and friends about who she was, who she hung out with and what was bothering her. Well, a lot of things were bothering her and they were tangled like Thor fish nets in the deep dark ocean that was her troubled past. No one wanted to be confronted with such complexity, not the police and not her family. She knew she did not want to bother anyone when she dies and she needed her death to be such an obvious outcome of everything that had happened to her in their opinion until that moment. And someone who knew her well needs to be there. She now thought so that they could arrange for her body to be properly handled after she died to be sent back to the States for a high end morgue and proper professionals that can get her cleansed and groomed in the image that they would like to remember her for, it would not do well to have died undiscovered for days on end and only be discovered when you have become completely rotten. And Jennifer Ferra researched everything. The moment the idea came to her, by the end of the week, Jenny had the ideal setting, motive and instigating event all fought through and they all fit perfectly with the person who would accompany her last journey to the suicide destination of her choice. The only thing that was needed was the person's agreement to make it all happen and happened quickly, Jennifer Ferra was not a woman who liked to be kept waiting for things she wanted. And in this case, it was her own death.
